Welcome to my website.  I hope that you will find the information on my site helpful and informative.  My own journey has opened my heart in ways I never imagined and taught me so much about the soul journey and the individual journey. Helping individuals connect with their souls and awaken their minds and hearts is my true life passion.  I'd like to share with you a little about my own journey.

I am a pioneer in bridging traditional concepts with new thought.  Through my heightened intuition and ability to connect with an individuals soul, I help provide insight and inspire others on their journeys.

My own journey began as a registered nurse at Lutheran General School of Nursing in Park Ridge, IL (1971).  I became a psychiatric nurse at the beginning of my career because of my desire to touch people on a deeper level.  I hold certifications in psychodrama, gestalt therapy and as a group facilitator in a variety of other modalities.  I have traveled nationally preparing and presenting education programs for healthcare professionals.

I began my studies in Sound, Color & Vibration in 1977 through the Esoteric Philosophy Center in Houston, TX.  I received my certification and graduate degree there in 1984 in Sound, Color & Vibration.  I also served on the board and was a faculty member at the center.  Sound, Color & Vibration is a practical system, which promotes self-conscious awareness and enhances soul evolution.  This system assists the individual with understanding their life process and helps them transform unrefined personality patterns such as anger, fear and stubbornness and aids in helping individuals create their journey of soul evolution.  Sound, Color & Vibration is a Tibetan system, a synthesis of Eastern, Western and Oriental practices.

During my time at the center, I gave birth to my son Michael (1984) who became a teacher and partner in my life process.  Michael, a very aware soul, was born with a genetic disorder and cerebral palsy. He was unable to walk, talk, sit, etc.  He was however very aware and communicated intuitively.  Together, along with Jon, his father and my husband, we pioneered using complimentary medicine combined with Western medicine.  We also impacted those in the medical field, educational system and care-giving community about the needs of the human spirit.  Teaching others to not just address one's physical needs but also the spirit within.  This journey transformed me in many ways but mostly as I like to say, to listen beyond the words and open my heart.  This is what I teach others to do as well, opening their hearts and developing their intuition.  In 2004 when Michael transitioned to the other side, it further enhanced my ability to communicate with souls who have left their physical form. His transition also helped me understand the human grief process through more conscious eyes.

I have taken the system of Sound, Color & Vibration and applied it to my area of expertise and the present day need.  I put it in everyday language to reach people on all different levels of awareness.  As I have learned, we are at a time in the evolutionary process of personal responsibility which requires practice and experiencing a step beyond mental knowing and ideas.  Experience is key in the process of soul and planetary evolution.   I incorporate this in my teachings as well.  I feel group work is also an essential element of individual and planetary change.

I continue my soul work today as Director and Creator of The H.E.A.R.T. (Holistic Education And Relationship Training) Center in Cave Creek, AZ (est. 1988).  The H.E.A.R.T. Center was created out of my passion to help touch people's hearts and connect them with their souls and creative nature.  I use my life experiences, my Sound, Color & Vibration training and the experience of my own soul as the foundation of my teachings to improve one's understanding of self and their relationships with others.  This allows the individuals to connect with their life passion and live it!

I create and facilitate workshops and classes for personal growth and self awareness both locally and nationally.  I also do Life & Relationship Coaching for individuals, couples and families.  My presentations include those I have done for the American Holistic Nurses Association, the Western Region of the American Music Therapy Association, the Seven Ray International Conference, the Consortium of Complimentary Medicine and the Arizona Nursing Association Conference and Arizona Hospice of the Valley.
